Kazuhiko Mori_The Welfare Environment Design Laboratory promotes design management aimed at the realization of a welfare environment where diverse people, including the elderly, people with disabilities, and children, can live together safely and happily. In modern society, we create new value by reconsidering daily life in the spread of housing, welfare facilities, communities, and cities from the perspective of “life,” searching for and reconstructing the resources and needs there. 一級建築士事務所コポモリ（前 森一彦_福祉環境デザイン研究室）では「高齢者や障がい者、子どもをふくむ多様な人々が共に分かち合い安心で楽しく住み継ぐ福祉環境」の実現にむけたデザインマネジメントを進めています。現代社会において住宅から福祉施設、地域、都市までの広がりの中で営まれる日常生活を“いのち”の視点からとらえなおし、そこにある資源とニーズを探し出し再構成することで、新たな価値を創造します。加えてその過程を通して、その担い手（専門家）を育成します。
